Ok, so I am probably the WORST person ever when it comes to staying hydrated.
I literally had to set an alarm on my phone to go off every hour to remind myself to drink water.
And it’s actually been working quite well, surprisingly enough.
Aside from the times when I’m at work and I’m not near my phone and it goes off for 5 minutes straight.
Annoying to my co-workers, yes. But, I eventually see the alarm and chug my water like it’s going out of style, so it still does the trick.
I read a tip a few months ago that sparkling water is great to drink (and for cheap facials), because the bubbles make you feel full, and the water has crazy amazing health benefits.
+ It can improve digestion
+ Can help with constipation
+ It relieves an upset stomach
+ Lowers blood pressure
+ Helps people with a fizzy addiction stay hydrated & cut out soda
Now, I know that sparkling water is really an acquired taste (at least for me it is), so I’ve mastered the art of infusing it with several flavors to help it go down a little easier.
Infused Sparkling Water Combos
+ Blueberry, Lemon & Ginger
+ Strawberry & Cucumber
+ Raspberry & Blackberry & Lemon
+ Pomegranate seeds & Jalapeno
+ Pineapple, Strawberry & Cherry
The list goes on and you can really just throw in whatever your taste buds are craving that day.
Another good trick is to infuse your ice cubes. I like my water ice ice ice cold & if you want a more subtle flavor, this is the best trick.
