Hi hi hi!
It has been awhile since I’ve posted and I have to say that I’m super sorry! It was a weird week last week.
It seemed like time was frozen and it took forever for the days to end, and by the time I got home I was just exhausted and insanely unmotivated. No excuse, but I could barely think of how to make a bowl of cereal let alone an entire blog post.
But, I am back and have a lot of fun posts in store, so stay tuned!
First up: Rich Chick, Budget Chick.
I was scrolling through Insta the other day and literally saw the cutest v-neck bodysuit. Naturally, I clicked “like” to see where this cutie blogger snagged it and almost spit out my drink when I saw it was $150.
Like, excuse me, but are you fucking kidding me?
$150 for what basally looks like a bathing suit…
No no no no.
Not that I have anything to do with how other peeps spend their money, but it’s just not for me. Ya know?
So, I’ve got some super cute finds all under $70, that look just like some that are $300, if you, too are a budget chick.
Blush jackets are perfect for a chilly Summer/Early Fall night. Totally picture them with a white maxi dress, skinny black jeans and pumps, or even denim shorts and a simple white tank. Snag up the this faux leather blush one for $183 or this vegan faux leather jacket for only $60.
I’ve been eyeballing jumpsuits lately, especially the striped capri ones, and these wedges would go perfectly! Rock some frayed skinny jeans, a spicy bodysuit, and a cute cardigan, or check out this jumpsuit to add to your wardrobe too. Steve Madden wedges can be found here, Stuart Weitzman wedges here.
I’m gonna be honest when I say that I’m really loving both of these. My first choice will obviously be the $49 option (found here), but they’re both equally sexy. Which is a good thing, because it’s really a no brainer when deciding which to go with. If anyone has a bridal shower or a fancy event, these should be your go-to. If you’re in the mood to splurge, then check out the first option here.
Ok, so everyone knows rompers are the Summer trend right now. I saw one similar to both of these the other day and couldn’t help but search for it. Perfect for beach days, brunch with girlfriends, or even just to run errands in. If you’re the babe on a budget, click here for this fun Billabong piece, or spend the extra $50 on this See by Chloe one.
Pom Pom Dresses
If I’m being honest, pom-poms originally weren’t really my thing, but they’ve started to grow on me lately! I feel like you can’t really go wrong with a pom-pom on your top or your dress and will just be in a permanent good mood when wearing them. My birthday is coming up, so the Boohoo dress is quickly becoming a contender, and at only $35 it’s kind of a must have. I am liking the back on the Pitusa dress though too!
What affordable dupes are you obsessing over lately??
Off to watch The Keepers on Netflix! That show is insane! If you like Making A Murderer, you’ll like that show too.
