Well hello all you lovely ladies (or gents)! How is the week going??
i gotta say, my days are starting to blur together! Being your own boss is hard and I swear I’m finding it extremely difficult to get out of my pj’s and brush my hair at least a few days a week.
I finally forced myself out of the house today and am currently writing this from my favorite coffee shop- Amelie’s. The decor and the vibe very much put me in a good headspace! Naturally, i left my laptop charger at home and my laptop is on 20% so I gotta make this quick.
Talk about luck- I’m inspired and ready to create and my Mac has other plans I guess. FML
Moving on, because there is literally no time to ramble… With the re-launch of the site and my little reflection period, I have so much fun content coming at ya, and this new series is one of them!
“OMG, So Much Yes”, will be a weekly series where I share my latest beauty or style faves! It may be skincare, an outfit staple, or a healthy add-in for your sips/bites.
First up- 2 of my latest organic beauty buys!
You may or may not know this, but I’m pretty basic when it comes to skincare, makeup, and just beauty in general. I don’t like to spend hours getting ready, I definitely do NOT like using products that cost more than $30, and I don’t want 100 steps to my routine.
I like to keep it as simple as possible.
Probably the reason my hair gets washed once a week & is in a messy top knot 99.9% of the time and I only own CC cream and mascara.
Going with the basic/simple theme- I also try to get products that can do multiple things so I can afford to skip some steps, but still get all the benefits, ya know? And when I find something I like, I stick with it. Yes, I’ll switch things up occasionally, but I always have my go-to brands or products that I never sway from.
Any who, I was recently scrolling through the many products on Ulta‘s website, (damn them and their amazing sales), when I stumbled across 2 organic beauty products that I knew I HAD TO HAVE.
First, the packaging was cute (please tell me I’m not the only one who buys products based on the packaging), and secondly, they of course sounded amaze.
I’ve been using both for a few weeks now, and have to share! BTW, neither of these are sponsored. I really use them and I’m obsessed.
Ok, this has got to be one of the best purchases I’ve made skincare wise, in a while. I’ve been using it twice a day for a little over 2 weeks and I’ve seen a major difference in my skin.
My face is brighter, my complexion is more even looking, and I swear it’s even softer.
Here’s what it is:
” A dynamic, first of its kind infusion*, our Skinlongevity® Vital Power Infusion Serum is formulated with our patented Long Life Herb Extract** that helps reduce visible signs of aging and damage, improves skin’s resiliency and suppleness, and protect the skin against age accelerating factors. An exquisitely nourishing formula replenishes your skin’s vitality and natural glow.
1. EMPOWER. Unleash your skin’s vitality and radiant luminosity.
2. REPLENISH. Nourish your skin with essential minerals and hydration to reveal softer, more supple skin.
3. RENEW. Diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin texture to promote a youthful look.
4. FORTIFY. Give your skin the resilience to help defend itself against future signs of aging for a healthier looking complexion.”

I snagged it on sale for only $19, and I’m now wishing I bought 2 bottles of this goodness. I use it every morning and every night after cleansing my skin. Then I follow it with my Alastin Restorative Skin Complex, and my Juice Beauty Antioxidant Moisturizer.
I’ve always had issues with acne scars and this stuff has seriously lightened them up! I’m getting to where I can finally start going without having to wear CC Cream/foundation all the time! Hallelujah!
I definitely recommend it if your skin is in need of a little pick-me-up.
Alright, second organic beauty fave:
Which I basically got because, as we all know, I have a slight obsession with the beach. And, living 4 hours away (to change very soon), doesn’t provide me with the daily salty air smell I so desperately crave.
But, now I have this little gem and I can have the subtle sea salt smell follow me around as I daydream of sand, seagulls, and waves crashing.
I have to say that I was INSANELY surprised at how hydrating this mist is! I mean, let’s be honest- most products that say they’re hydrating are totally not, so it was like a nice little refreshing feeling when I first started spritzing! It’s infused with Green Tea Extract and Jojoba oil, and other natural ingredients, so it’s good for yo skin.
And the SMELL! I tell ya, idk how H2O did it, but they managed to bottle up the perfect beachy scent. We’re going to Mexico in 2 weeks so I’m trying to preserve this until our trip, so I can make sure my skin is perfectly hydrated, and it gives you a little sheen, so when you have a tan??? O. M. G. Perfection.
Any skincare/body or other organic beauty favorites?? Do tell! Even though I have my staples, I still love to try new things out!
I’m officially on 10% battery, so I’m signing off!
