I have the worst cravings when it comes to sweets.
If I could eat donuts and cake all day everyday, I totally would.
But I can’t so I gotta improvise when it comes to curbing my sweet cravings.
Insert: Granola Yogurt Bites.
These sweet little treats set in a freezer, so it’s almost like you’re eating an ice cream, but its healthy and its yogurt.
Frozen Granola Yogurt Bites
♥ 2 cups Greek yogurt (whatever flavor you want)
♥ 1/2 c. Berries
♥ 3 tbs. Chia Seeds
♥ 1 c. Granola, crushed
♥Line muffin tins with cupcake liners
♥ Add a drop of honey to bottom of the liners
♥ Sprinkle crushed granola & chia seeds on top of the honey
♥ Top with a large spoonful of yogurt
♥ Add fresh/ frozen berries on top
♥ Freeze for an hour
♥ Eat up!
Crazy quick and easy and fucking tasty.
Feel free to tweak this and make it your own. Use vanilla yogurt and graham cracker crumbs and top with cinnamon and little pieces of apple. Or use coconut yogurt and top with mango/pineapple chunks for a tropical dessert.
